For the first time in the series, Crocketts boat, the St. Vitus Dance, is not tied up at his Bayside Marina slip. I believe this was because they started construction on the new marina at this time. Here we see it docked at the Villa Regina Marina, 1581 Brickell Avenue. Behind Crockett we see The Palace which is located just north of Villa Regina.

Then we return to the O.C.B. (set).

Next we go to the Blue Waters Hotel which we saw previously in the episode, The Maze. The Blue waters was located on Ocean Terrace on the south side of 74th Street. Danielle warned them that it was likely a trap and it was. For a show that was significantly more realistic than other shows, this was one of the more unrealistic scenes as far as the actual device and it’s trigger.

Then we return to the Mayfair Hotel.

Then we see Crockett pull Danielle away and go into her room with her. This is clearly a set. As the enter the room there is a wall outside the room where the real hotel room had an open balcony outside the room.

Crockett stays with her working on interdepartmental cooperation for mutual benefit.

Then we return to the O.C.B.

Then we see Tubbs pull up outside a hotel. For a long time the location of this filming was a mystery. Then airtommy at miamiviceonline.org solved it. This was filmed at the Villa Regina, 1581 Brickell Ave., Miami.

Then we see it cut back to the O.C.B.

Then inside Bandi’s room where he is on the phone with the buyers at the O.C.B. The capture below where he is just outside his door was filmed at an unknown location.

We see Tubbs coming. This was filmed on location at the Mayfair Hotel. He is first seen exiting the emergency stairs at the west end of the Hotel on the 4th Floor. He walks east in the hallway that services rooms 452 and 453.

Back to the O.C.B. where we hear the Valet get killed, then back to Tubbs approaching. Then back to the O.C.B. Then back on Tubbs entering the room. He however does not enter room 453 at the Mayfair. This was also filmed at the Mayfair but in a different suite. One that is a mirror image of 453, likely room 444. Tubbs is not seen entering the main door to the room but actually entering thru a connector door.

Then we see Bandi sneaking away from the hotel.

Then we cut to the O.C.B. (set).

Then we return to the Villa Regina Marina where Danielle meets with Crockett.

Danielle is shuned by Crockett and leaves. Then we see Tubbs pay her a visit in her hotel room (Greenwich Studios set).

Then we go back to the O.C.B. (set) where Bandi calls. He is calling from the roof of the Mayfair Hotel.

Then we see Tubbs visit Crockett at the marina where he catches Crockett up on what he has learned about Danielle.

Then we go to one of Miami Vice’s favorite locations. Jose Marti Park on the south shore of the Miami River. In this episode it is called Jackson Park.

Bandi runs out of the park.

Then we see him running under the SW 1st Street bridge and across SW 4th Ave. Tubbs followed by Crocket are giving chase.

Then there is a filming “goof” in that they had been chasing Bandi from west to east across the SW 1st Street bridge. Then we see Bandi stop at the top of the stairs which should be the stairs on the south east side of the bridge. However; he is at the top of the stairs on the north west side of the bridge, The same stairs we just saw Tubbs chasing him up and onto the bridge.

This is the same bridge we see in Burn Notice. Episodes 11+12, Loose Ends, where Fiona is chased and ends up jumping into the water off the south side of this bridge.
